How far in advance should I book my party?

Day Spa Parties is currently recommending bookings be placed 8 to 12 weeks in advance for best chance of securing your first preferred party date. Last minute enquiries are still welcome!

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment via direct bank transfer for your deposit at time of booking and the balance due 48 hours prior.

What days of the week do you offer your services?

Fridays and weekends are most popular however please feel free to enquire about other days, particularly in school holidays. Refer to the Facebook page for current booking availability which may change at times. You can email us at bookings@dayspaparties.com.au at any time.

When should I advise of final guest numbers?

I (Shevonne Matthews) will contact you 48 hours prior to the party to find out your final numbers and arrange payment of the balance based on this amount. Payment is via direct transfer and bank details will be emailed to you in your confirmation pack.

How much space is needed?

I have hosted parties in apartments, small homes, mansions, conference rooms, board rooms, community centers, restaurants and private function rooms. I have set up parties in rumpus rooms, living areas, outdoor entertaining areas, lounge rooms and garages. As long as there is space for each guest to be seated with a cleared area in the middle, a trestle size table in the room to place all the equipments and seat for each guest.

What if one of my guests coming to the party has an allergy?

Your complimentary invitations which are emailed once you book a party will ask guests to advise of allergies before the party. If you have a guest with an allergy, please let me know when I contact you 48 hours prior, providing the contact details of the guest with the allergy or for kids parties their parent/guardian. i will contact these guests if need be. There have different options available for most common allergies. Parents must supervise children under 12 who are known to have anaphylaxis reactions.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

I have found all the products used to be great for sensitive skin.

Where in my house should I have the party?

A tiled or floorboard area is best, however carpet is fine too. We will bring the toweling needed for the activities. Choose, the room you think offers the best space for entertaining! There may be occasionally splashes or spillage of water from foot-baths.

What if more or less people than advised turn up on the day?

The party balance is calculated on the number specified in the package you booked plus any additional guests within the range. Your final advised numbers are required 48 hours prior to the party. It is important that you follow up with guests and let us know final numbers so we can come prepared with the correct amount of supplies. If due to unforeseen circumstances there are less guests than the specified package minimum or advised 48 hours prior, you will still need to pay for the final advised numbers as we have prepared your party based on this amount.

Where do you service and how much is the travel fee to my area?

The travel charge is calculated via Google Maps at $1 per kilometer from Pakenham, which is where I am based to the suburb of your party location. Enquiries to other regions beyond the purple highlighted segment of the map that are not listed are welcome and will be quoted, subject to availability. Regions serviced may change from time to time.
